I’ve simplified my service menu to just a few curated packages, because let’s be real — you don’t need to know the difference between a full foil and a partial babylight. Cancellation Policy
Hey, I get it — life happens. Things come up. But as a small business owner, last-minute cancellations can really throw a wrench in the day. A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This goes toward your service total and: Is fully refundable if you cancel with 72+ hours’ notice and choose not to reschedule. Will be forfeited if your cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance. Here’s the rest of the breakdown: 72+ hours notice – No fee. Deposit is refunded or transferred to your new date. 48 hours notice – Your $50 deposit is forfeited. 24 hours or less / No-shows – You’ll be charged 50% of your scheduled service. This policy helps protect my time and income, and ensures I can continue offering a quality, personalized experience to every guest.
